Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated 2026-06-22.
This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how paid Sevra (“Sevra,” “we,” “us,” “our”) coaching subscriptions are billed, how you can cancel, what happens to your access when you cancel, and when refunds apply. It covers subscriptions purchased through our website at sevrafit.com and used in the Sevra mobile app for iOS and Android (together, the “Service”).
Sevra is operated by YR Sai Siddanth, an individual based in India. Subscription payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay; Sevra never receives or stores your full card or UPI details. This Service is governed by the laws of India.

1. Plans and how billing works
- Free plan. Sevra offers a free plan. It is not charged, and there is nothing to cancel or refund.
- Paid coaching subscriptions. Trainers may subscribe to a paid plan that increases the number of clients they can actively manage. Paid plans are sold on a recurring subscription basis, billed in advance for each billing period.
- Billing cycle. You choose a monthly or annual cycle at checkout. The subscription auto-renews at the end of each period using the payment method you authorised, until you cancel.
- Payment method. Payments are collected by Razorpay over the web (UPI / card). By subscribing you authorise Razorpay to charge the recurring amount for your chosen plan and cycle each period until the subscription is cancelled.
- Prices. Current plan prices are shown on our website (sevrafit.com) and at checkout before you confirm. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Subscriptions are sold on our website only — not through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchases.
2. How to cancel
You can cancel your paid subscription at any time. There is no cancellation fee.
- Visit sevrafit.com/account/billing, sign in with your Sevra account email, and choose to cancel your subscription; or
- Email support@sevrafit.com from the address on your account and we will cancel it for you.
Because your subscription is billed on our website (not through an app store), it will not appear in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings — manage it at sevrafit.com/account/billing.
Cancelling stops all future renewals. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your current period ends (your renewal date is shown on your billing page at sevrafit.com/account/billing).
3. What happens when you cancel
- You keep access until the period you already paid for ends. Cancelling does not cut off your plan immediately — your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges. After cancellation, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again.
- You move to the Free plan. At the end of the paid period, your account moves to the Free plan. Your data is not deleted — your clients, plans, and history are preserved (any access that exceeds the Free plan’s limits simply becomes read-only until you subscribe again).
Deleting your Sevra account is separate from cancelling a subscription; see our account deletion page.
4. Refunds
Because you can try Sevra on the Free plan before paying, and because cancelling lets you keep access for the rest of the period you have already paid for, paid subscriptions are generally non-refundable, including for partial or unused periods. In particular:
- We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a billing period after you cancel.
- Renewals are billed in advance; cancelling stops the next renewal but does not refund a renewal that has already been charged for the current period.
That said, we will review and, where appropriate, refund in cases such as:
- a duplicate charge or an accidental / erroneous charge;
- being charged after you cancelled for a period that had not yet started;
- a technical failure on our side that prevented you from using the paid features you were charged for and that we could not resolve; or
- any case where a refund is required by applicable law.
To request a refund, email support@sevrafit.com within 7 days of the charge with your account email and the payment details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days (the exact timing depends on your bank or UPI provider).
5. Failed or missed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we keep your plan active for a short grace period while we retry the charge. If payment is still not completed by the end of the grace period, your account moves to the Free plan (your data is retained; any access above the Free plan’s limits becomes read-only). You can resubscribe at any time at sevrafit.com/account/billing.
6. Price changes
We may change subscription prices. If a price change affects your plan, we will give you reasonable advance notice, and the new price will apply only from your next renewal — never retroactively to a period you have already paid for. You can cancel before the change takes effect if you do not wish to continue.
7. How to request a cancellation or refund
The fastest way to cancel is at sevrafit.com/account/billing. For refunds, billing questions, or help with either, email support@sevrafit.com from the address on your account. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
